Calculations run in your browser. This version of Calcitopia does not send calculator measurements to a server and does not require an account.

Saved concrete projects

If you choose “Save on this device,” one concrete project is stored in this browser’s local storage. Saving again replaces the previous project. It is not synced to another device. Clearing this site’s browser data removes the saved project. Soil calculator entries are not saved by the site.

Language preference

Your chosen language is saved in this browser so it follows you between calculators. Translated text is included with the site; your calculator inputs are not sent to a translation service.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Netlify. Serving pages can involve routine access data such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details and timestamps. See Netlify’s privacy policy for the hosting provider’s practices.

Contact emails

If you email calcitopia@gmail.com, your message and email address are received through Gmail and used to respond to your request. For questions about your messages or a deletion request, contact the same address.

Ads and analytics

We use optional Google Analytics only after you choose Accept analytics. It measures page visits and successful calculator use, with technical information such as browser/device details and approximate location. We do not send your entered measurements, quantities or project names. Advertising personalization is disabled and no advertising scripts are installed. Analytics cookies are configured for 90 days. Your preference is stored in this browser until you change it or clear site data. A session marker prevents repeated calculations from inflating our completion count. Choose Analytics preferences in the footer to accept or reject; rejecting stops future collection and removes this site’s Analytics cookies, but does not erase previously collected data. Calculators work without analytics. See how Google uses information from sites using its services.
